Error 500
I click to watch live tv on my laptop computer and I get this message:
"We were unable to process your request. Please try again."
It happens every day and every time. Directv states my laptop (HP) is not compatible to watch shows on it. Can this be true?

Thanks, @rlaw55429. To watch DIRECTV online, you will need a PC running Windows 7, 8.1, or 10, plus web browser Microsoft Edge (latest version).

I have all of what you stated and I have used Edge with same results. Says "We were unable to process your request. Please try again."

What windows version is your laptop operating on? Are you using your home network when you are trying to access online viewing? Can you try accessing DirectTv/entertainment.com from another device? For more trouble shooting view our troubleshoot streaming issues guide.

Can you clear your cache and cookies on your web browser?
can you also try using chrome or safari browsers instead of Microsoft edge?

I have used Chrome as well as edge and still get error message "We were unable to process your request. Please try again." I have cleared my cookies and cache and still same error. Its funny that when I get to the web page directv.com/tv I see the guide. But when I click on a channel it asks we to sign in. I do that and the error message I just stated pops up.
