Error 775 ever since roofers took satellite down for house repairs

Do people normally get this issue after taking satellite dishes down for home repairs?

That's not good enough. Roofers don't know how to do this. Most likely your dish is not properly aimed or connected. Call DirecTV for a service visit ... 1 800 531 5000

775 means that the dish is not getting power. Check that the cables are properly connected. Who re-aimed the dish after it was taken down?
