Error Code 771
I am having issues with my HD sometimes, but it always seems to strike at the worst times. It's very frustrating. My HD channels sometimes go in and out and I'll lose audio for a bit too. I've had Direct Tv for about about 2 months, and I don't have much experience when it comes to HD. I'm all ears when it comes to this stuff. I was disappointed in my strength quality findings:
For Tuner 1:
Satellite transponders (32 total at 101º)

Since I have only had my service for 2 months and it has been like this the whole time, what are my chances of getting my satellite realigned for free or reduced price? I would suppose this is the right answer to my dismal signal quality?
Also, is it normal that I received an HR20 HD DVR receiver when I was a new customer. Seems like I would have gotten an HR23?
