error has occur

Good evening

 

I am trying to use Directtv2PC tonight. This program worked without any issues before.. I am able to see the 2 DVR boxes. I am able to see pPlay list and select which recording to play. I hit PLAY and get the "An error has occurred" message. Any Ideas.

I reset the router, took firewall off but nothing still.

Do a red button reset(behing card auhorization door on right front panel) of all of the HD DVR's on your network. Many times this will fix quirky behavior like this.

I am having the same problem.  DirecTV tech support is no help; I called several times.  They also sent out a teck and he didn't even try.  They suggested I contact someone like geeksquad.  I bought a new router no change.  Can see playlist but once I click on program I get error.  All computer settings are correct. Crazy has worked fine since they came out with this.
