Error unknown error direct tv app
I keep getting an error unknown error message when I try logging on my direct tv app. When I try to manually log into any tv app with my subscription, it shows the log in screen and it says that my account isn’t active. I have contacted customer service 2 times went through all troubleshooting for 2 hours each phone call its ridiculous and no solution yet. Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve?
