Every time I use an app, I'm locked out

Every time I try to use theses apps I have to reset my password. After I rest my password I’m locked out. Too many failed attempts. I have to repeat the process over and over. Why is this. I understand changing the password, but every time. Very frustrated. This has been going on for too long.

same thing is happening to me.   After calling and talking for 2 hours not fixed
