Fast forward help!

Have you done a red button reset?

Yes I’ve done the red reset button and the display still doesn’t come up.

We just need additional information to further assist.

• When did this start happening?
• Are you watching on your receiver or streaming with the DIRECTV App?
• If you have more than one receiver or device, are all not showing the fast forward, rewind, or press pause display?

If you have a Genie system did you reset the main Genie?

This started happening on 12/8/21. I’m watching tv through the receiver. The other receivers in my house are showing the display just fine. I will reset the main genie and see if that works. Thanks!
