Fire Stick's NFL SUNDAY TICKET App Not Recognizing NFL SUNDAY TICKET.U Student Accounts

Let's work on getting this resolved for this Sunday @TonyLC.

We know your login is working because you outlined you were able to see information on the Playstation. Does it work properly when it comes to the website?

1. If that is the case, we would recommend to uninstall the app on your Fire Stick and reinstall it back and try to log in. We have seen issues with customers who had last year's version still downloaded.
2. The next step would be to log into your account and reset your password to get the information to resynch through all systems. This can be done through the forgot password, or after you are logged in by accessing the My Account > My Account Info.

We hope this gets everything cleared up for this coming Sunday @TonyLC.

It seems as though NFL Sunday Ticket.U  is not being recognized as a legitimate part of NFL Sunday Ticket. 

I think this may need to be corrected by AT&T. In any case, please advise, I do not want to miss another week

The firestick app is apparently not recognizing an NFLST.U account as a legitimate account. 

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 2 MONTHS.  FOOTBALL SEASON IS HALF OVER.  PLEASE GET THIS FIXED ASAP.

It’s not Tony cause I have the same issue same literal scenario Sunday ticket U and fire TV not recognizing my account
