Flashplayer

Any help out there?

Direct TV asks me to upload flashplayer every time Ilong in, I do thatand still nothing, just get the same prompt

Are you currently using a Mac OS?

• Mac OSX Catalina has done away with the use of 32 bit applications.
  • What does this means?
    • If you have Catalina OS. You are unable to use any 32 bit applications like DirecTV player or Flash.
  • What can you do?
    • If you have backed up the OS, you can use Mac's "Time Machine" to revert back to an OS which will work with 32 bit applications.

What are we doing about it?

• We are currently working on a 64 bit version of the DirecTV player.
  • Unfortunately, this will mean you will not be able to access DirecTV player using Mac OS Catalina till it has been completed.

Are you using a Windows or Linux OS?

• You may just need to enable it inside of your web browser.

ATTHelp, how is that 64 bit player going? I can't stream online using the most secure Apple OS (Catalina), but really would like to.
