Fox News Blacking out and Freezing. Can't believe it's just Fox.

In the last two months I have lost 1/2 my DVR list. Today we cannot switch to the Fox News 360 channel. We can turn it off and back on again but then only watch for a few minutes and it freezes. Audio never matches video. Constantly resetting our devices. This seems intentional with the 360 channel mess up. All the other channels work except this one? I hate to call them. They NEVER help me. Just have to put up with this inferior product from AT & T and I cannot wait to get out of it. Everyday it is something wrong! watching TV for this much money should not be this difficult!!!!!

Hi @goodwin2,

We're happy to help!

If you haven't already, please sign in to the Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool to run diagnostics on your service to see what could be causing the freezing on Fox and the missing DVR list. To get started, click the TV tab and select DirecTV as the service you need help with.

You should also try this helpful article on how to repair the audio issues you mentioned. Start with the section titled Restore Audio and Fix Sound Synchronization.

Be sure to keep us posted!

Your comment is from Sept, 2019.   Well, you aren't alone and it still happens here in Jan, 2022.  And it is ONLY channel 360.   It froze up during the debates.  During Senate hearings....and just now during a report about the volcano eruption in the Pacific ocean and the tsunamis it is sending to the West US coast.   And it is ONLY the FOX channel.
