Fox News Channel
I receive fox news channel on my direct tv account but when I try and view Fox News Channel thru my Roku Device I receive an error code stating my provided has blocked access to this service. Roku,Netflix and Vudu apps work fine.

We're happy to look into this for you. Are you trying to stream Fox with the DirecTV Now streaming service online? Are there any other local channels that are missing?

I'm trying to stream fox news channel thru their app on a TV I have connected to the internet. I use this TV for viewing Netflix, hulu, vudu and other streaming services. My other TV is connected to Direct TV via a HD receiver and I receive all my subscribed channels including Fox News Channel ect.

Thank you for reaching back to us! Are you sure you are using the right ID and password? Is there an error code with the message? What type of TV are you using? We suggest that you clear cache on your TV and uninstall, and reinstall app and then try again.
