Fox Soccer Plus

I Have the Fox Soccer Plus Channel I pay $15 per month for this channel and it is supposed to have a regular channel and a High Def Channel. There has been no programming on the high def channel for over the past week. I called customer service twice with no answer to why this channel only shows "To Be announced for over the past week. The 2nd rep told me that DirectTV only has the channel active whenever they receive programming from the distributor. If that is the case I think my cost for this channel should be reduced.
