Why does the Freeform channel now appear grayed in the Guide? Is it no longer available on DirecTV?

Odd ... We are in different states, though (CA vs. AZ), if that makes a difference. I believe that Freeform was formerly the ABC Family channel and was acquired and renamed by Disney. Do you know whether Disney and DirecTV are (re)negotiating anything right now that might have put that channel in limbo somehow? Appreciate your reply ... It's mysterious.
