freezing and pixelating constantly!

My tv is constantly freezing and pixelating.  I miss chunks of the shows and the picture distorts.  This is very irritating!!  Anyone else having this problem and what can I do about it?  Thanks

What DVR/Receiver model number(s)?

Do all of your DVR/Receivers do this?

What channel(s)?

Live TV, recordings, or both?

Any on-screen error messages?

How is the DVR/Receiver connected to your TV?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

I tried to find out what dvr model I had and could not find it

yes, all 3 tvs do the same thing

many different channels

live tv 

no error messages

wired to my tv

could not find any troubleshooting to do, tried to chat and it would only give me the stupid virtual assistant - worthless!!

I also have all kinds of trouble signing in to my account, it actually locked me out.  I finally was able to change my password and when I tried to sign in to find out what dvr model I had, it kept telling me that was the wrong password!!
