From 2WIRE to Dlink same error 13 and 22 ready to ditch something.

I tried everything with the 2WIRE and always the error 13 and 22.  I purchased a new Dlink 628 thinking it would be plug and play and NOPE.  Error 13 and 22 like before.  I have changed a few things but like before same thing.

I am frustrated enough to go to UVerse or something.  What should be free and simple and I am getting nothing.  Very frustrating.
