FROZEN AD on SCREEN
My DVR was recording a show, when suddenly one of your ads appeared on the screen and I can not get rid of it. I can not get the channel I was recording. I can get other channels.
I tried all of the following:
1. Press the reset button on the side of the box
2. Unplugged everything that goes into the box and unplugged the box into the wall.
3. Disconnected the box from the television
4. Unplugged the television from the wall.
Can you help me? This is very upsetting because I should be watching my favorite channel and instead I am looking at a frozen ad for consumer cellar.com. Is there any way to get this off my screen?
