We paid to buy Frozen II and now its not available.

Gotta get some Frozen 2 in @Frozen II.
Reset the receiver and try again. Also, check other receivers, if you have any, to see if it is showing up there.
Oh, one more thing. It takes time to download some titles so it may appear later depending on the internet speed.
