Moreover, are you a DIRECTV STREAM or DIRECTV SATELLITE customer? Dors this glitching occur on any other channels, or does CNN just glitch? When did this first happen, and what troubleshooting have you tried? The best way is a red button reset of the receiver (side by the access card for HR54 series) or front behind the door that says 'PUSH.'
