Genie 4K issues

I have a genie that is now all of a sudden saying the  104/105 channels 4K is not compatible at this location. It has worked fine in the past. Any ideas? I have tried resetting the boxes too.

Look at the Very top of the screen --Directv Community Forums --cat- ask a question -leaderboard- directv.com --symbol- then the BELL --click that

The Bell is there at the right side of the black banner at the top of the webpage.

I'd be happy to share a screenshot from the bell, @Vitality4377. Nevertheless, we're unable to do so. 

We kindly recommend trying to use a different browser and deleting cookies and cache, so we can definitely work on your concern.

We have just recently upgraded our boxes, our mini genie, is constantly freezing, going to a black screen and eventually coming back on.   If we are watching something thirty minutes long, we are seriously lucky to get fifteen minutes.  This is so ridiculous!!!  
We missed our DVR; but, we are still out of the DVR, because of the freezing.  Any thoughts?
