Getting 771 error on only some channels

Hi

I am getting the "searching for Satellite" 771 error on a few of my HD channels like FX. When I allowed the SD channels to appear in the schedule I could watch the SD FX channel but still not the HD FX one--the same for some others too.

They have scheduled a service call for next week but I was wondering if there might be something I could try before then.
