Getting out of smartcast into Directv
Vizio D40F-J09
From System
Input Power On Smartcast
Power Mode Eco Mode
From Input
Shows Smartcast
If I select Directv Genie
I get 1 channel and no ability to change.
What changes are needed to access Directv
I have no interest in streaming movies etc.
Just want to watch Directv programs.

Once you're viewing DirecTV on your TV, are you using the DirecTV remote to change channels?

To add onto what @litzdog911 said, what remote model do you have and have you verified it is paired with the HR54 properly?
You may also try a red button reset of the HR54. This will be on the right side by the access card.
