Why can I watch the channel if I turn to it but it isn't listed as a channel I get so I can't record the movies on my DVR?

Hi @Tkeegan6,

 

Are you not seeing the channel on your guide? If not, try rebooting your receiver by pressing the red button on it. If still no luck, try doing a refresh.
