HBO MAX

I have HBO in my package. Does that include HBO MAX

Yes, if you subscribe to HBO through your TV provider, then you get HBO Max also.

AT&T purchased Century Link, right? That's who I'm currently through. And then DirecTV for cable.

I recently changed cell providers from Verizon to AT&T, but kept TV provider (Directv)...who I think is also AT&T. When I changed phones, I was given HBO MAX in my plan. Turns out, I was put on the wrong plan and HBO MAX was not included in the cell plan. Since I have HBO in my TV package though, I thought HBO MAX would still be included. How can I cancel that Cell HBO MAX account and sign back up through my TV account?

https://www.att.com/support/article/directv/KM1385951 Go here and scroll to the bottom and follow the instructions after clicking the button that says "Yes I have it with my TV package" There's also an option for help user ID and password.

Do you know if there is anyway to do an online chat with directv? I need to re-set the email and password linked to the directv account because the email is so old, I was kicked out and the phone tied to it was a land line.
