HD reception
I have a winegard carryout G2 dish with a H-25 receiver & SWM D30 adapter kit but cannot get HD reception. How can I get HD reception & also get rid of SWM adapter kit?

The G2 is not MPEG-4/HD capable compatible for DirecTV. You must have a slimline SWM dish on a tripod/sled mount, or the Winegard Trav'ler.
Unfortunately they don't make this clear on their main page. You have to search deeper to find that compatibility is different between the satellite providers.

As a note, the H25 is the only (so far) non-Genie that is SWM-only. As such, it can only use newer setups, not switch between the two.
