HD satellite alignment question

I have H21 receiver, HD subscription, and a slimline 3 LNB dish with a multiswitch. I am trying to align the dish myself, (I know it is difficult and I know about service call from Directv)

My question is I can see some HD channels but not all of them. I know that my satellite strength is lacking in some areas. What needs to be tweaked to get the other satellites? Azimuth, Elevation, or Tilt.

Call Directv and order a new BBC module, they are free.  That's the small oblong module connected to the coax input on the back of the receiver.  When you connect it, you should get signals on the 103ca and 103cb satellites similar to those on the 99c.  If you do not, then you have a bigger problem than alignment and should call form a service visit.  However, assuming the BBC module brings a signal to the 103cb, peak the dish thus:

Set the signal meter to the 103cb and use the green signal bars, not the grid.  Take a level on the roof and assure that the dish mast is perfectly plumb.  If not, adjust the monopole's to make it so.  Then, check the main clamps to assure they are tight in all three axis.  Then, loosen the fine tuning bolts on the azimuth and use the fine tuning screw to improve the signal as much as possible.  Have someone watch the TV and relay the results.  Then repeat for the elevation.  You should be able to get close to 90 on 99c, 103c (a&b) and close to 100 on 101.
