"Home Alone" Problem?

On me TIVO HD-DVR (THR22-100), I can't record "Home Alone". I can successfully record other programs. Is there some problem with the HD version of "Home Alone"?

What channel are you trying to record from?  It's available on channel 542 Saturday at 7pm.  If you're trying to record from channel 1527 it won't work as the Tivo cannot participate in Cinemaplus.

Edit add:  I misspooke in my prior post.  The Tivo can indeed participate in Cinemaplus from channel 1527 assuming you subscribe to the underlying channel and have the Tivo connected to the Internet.

I am connected to the internet. I have successfully recorded "48 Hours" from Cinemaplus. It's just this movie that I cannot get to record from 1527. I didn't try recording the SD version, I've just been trying to record the HD version.

I was able to successfully record "Home Alone" from 1527 on my upstairs DirecTV HD-DVR (non-TIVO). So that confuses me more as to what's going on with the TIVO box. I have multiple failed attempts logged all just saying that it failed to download.

Thanks for the reply.

I have added 5 high-def movies to the queue. All 5 are from channel 1527. The first is now at 11%. the 3rd movie in the queue is "Home Alone". Last night while "48 Hours" was downloading, and "Home Alone" was in the queue, I canceled "48 Hours", saw "Home Alone" move to position 1 in the queue, and then blink away. I'm going to let these movies go, but I won't be home until later to see the results. I'm guessing that I will get 4 movies and "Home Alone" will not download.

Must be a problem with the Starz server then.
