Hooking up 2 tv's through one HD DVR 22 receiver

We just go our new HD DVR 22 model hooked up in the living room. Previously on our old standard receiver we had another TV hooked up in the kitchen, same channels and no receiver in the kitchen.  My question is how can we or is there a way, to come out of the HD DVR receiver to go to the kitchen TV with out and RF modulator, because we are getting a terrible echo now between the kitchen and living room tv, with the way we have it connected to a RF modulator. What we usually have to do is turn the volumne all the way off on our living room tv in order not to get the echo in the kitchen.
