Hooking up Lynksys

I have:

Dell PC with AT &T DSL internet vis phone cord

AT &T Router 2701HG with all light on but the wireless one.

HD DVR model HR21-700

LINKSYS WET610N

Cannot connect to DVR receiver..shows Internet not connected(13)

When I follow LYNKSYS info(software) hooking up to router, I get error code 109.  Your device cannot detect your device. WHAT? I put all the codes in.

Verify you have correct wireless setttings to your wireless network. ??????Is my PC wireless? It is hooked up to the router. So Confused.

Any help would be appriciated. I want to watch movies!!!!!
