HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Not sure how anyone else is experiencing DTV's customer service, but as a customer of more than 25 years, I think it's now the worst it's ever been.  Streaming to my iProducts is intermittently blocked saying that I don't have a subscription (though the service to my home, for which I pay $3,000 year, and my desktop work fine) one day and then streaming fine the next.  Customer service over the phone is non-existent, just people saying "I understand your frustration."  That's artificial empathy and wirth nothing.  This once great company and service has devloved to zero.  Even the customer service I get from Spectrum for my internet service is better than DTV.  Now that's saying something!

The new app has bugs.

I downloaded the new app after the previous app gave me the same error messages, hoped it would address the situation but it is just more of the same, at least for me
