How does the stream and RV receive dish work together?

How does the stream and RV receive dish work together? And is RV dish is another service. Or can I use my regular service as I can get for my camping RV.

Let me know

what can it be done to enjoy my trip while I still have the same service I am using when I go camping?

Not sure what you mean by "stream and RV receive dish work together".  Streaming and DirecTV Satellite are different types of services. Streaming requires a fast internet connection. DirecTV satellite service requires a satellite dish and HD DVR/Receiver. What do you currently have at home? Most folks just take one of their home boxes with them when they're RVing, along with a Slimline Dish on a tripod.

Would the Wineguard Carryout G3 Antana and HR24 receiver work with the current situation with no SD channels? Otherwise, what do I really need to get so that I won't be obsolete in 2 months and Direct TV go with the all streaming route. Thanks!

An HD SWM slimline dish and a 21v power inserter on a sled/tripod mount or the Winegard Travler.

Without the HD sats the HR24 is a boat anchor when DTV finishes shutting down the MPEG2 channels.
