How Many Years Directv Been Promoting Tablet Use and It Still has Problems!!!??
Years after Directv announced that they had the functionality to download programs from one's DVR to a tablet, it still does not work. When I talked to the help desk they tell me "...it's complicated". I worked in IT for 40 years for a contractor. We worked at NASA, did air traffic for the FAA, and artificial intelligence. I can't believe data residing on a server is so "complicated"? I look at my playlist and see a handful of programs. When I go to the DVR list it says something about "I have not downloaded anything". Has anyone successfully resolved these problems? I have given up calling the help desk. Why spend an hour on the phone and at the end be told, "There's nothing further we can do". Any help will be appreciated?
Does anyone know of a consumer website is to give feedback that AT&T might see?
I have a late model iPad running the most up to date iOS.
