How to delete HSVLT from keep saying I purchased it

I clicked on History Vault to see if there was a fee or not.  Instead, the screen went blank, so I left and went to a channel I already had.

From then on, when I change stations or anything, the blue line on the bottom of the screen keeps coming up saying Thank you for

purchasing HSVLT and has a box with OK to click on.  I have not clicked it, so it keeps coming up. 

 

I would like to know how to delete this.  I have looked at my bill, and it does not appear on it.
