How to record all Lions games?
We just got DirecTV, satellite. My husband tried to set up to record all the Lions games -our local team. When he did, it shows *ALL* NFL games will be recorded.
He did the same thing for his favorite NCAA basketball team, and it only records the games his team is playing. Is this a glitch in the Genie software? Is the only solution to manually set up each game to record?

The receiver has been rebooted several times, and yes, the attempt to set up the Lions games has failed before and after the most recent reboot. There is an app for SATELLITE DirecTV? Trying to log in gives me an error message.
We know it should be easy. The process that worked for recording his favorite basketball team always results in every NFL game being recorded.

We switched from streaming to Satellite yesterday. Today we cancelled our streaming. The app, when I could finally log in, tells me we cancelled our streaming, so have no DirecTV account. I beg to differ. I hope that resolves quickly.
When we cancelled our streaming service, the guy at DirecTV insisted that our repeated “network congestion” errors (between 4 and 7 pm and on weekends) were caused by “too many devices.” Dude, we have one TV. And we were not streaming to any other device. Not when we can’t even log in.
