How to register a mobile device.
I have an HR44. I am trying to register so i can use the app for my playlist and live tv. Having issues. My DVR is on an ethernet connection while my mobile devices are on a Wi-Fi connection. I assume that means they are not on the same network. Is that my issue?

Your home ethernet and WiFi networks should be the same network.
What exactly is happening when you try to sign into the mobile app?

Thank you for the quick response. I again used the instructions and did connect my mobile device to the receiver this time. I found and input the IP Address. So no issue in the house within my network. Again, thank you for confirming the ethernet and wifii should be the same.
