How to Setup Media Share via Windows 7

I have been trying to find basic instructions on how to setup Media Share on my HD/DVR receiver to Windows 7.  I've yet to find one place with specific instructions on how to do it wirelessly.  I've been using my receiver via my wireless network for the last 8 months for On Demand, etc.  However, the receiver does not allow me to setup Media Share as it's not finding my PC.  I've spoken with DirecTV customer service and they've confirmed my receiver can do this but beyond that I've received no support. 

Anything someone can provide or a link to how to accomplish this would greatly be appreciated.
