I cannot get into my NFL Sunday Ticket TV account to cancel

I was in an apartment last  year and used my PS4 to stream.  We have since moved into a house and gotten full satellite service.  I got an auto renewal notice from NFL Sunday Ticket TV and tried to log in to cancel as it says to do.  However, it only recognizes my email address as being linked to my current service, not the one from last year.  And I was just charged my first installment payment.  Spent over 2 hours on the phone with various people and no one can figure out how to access this account.  Any ideas from this forum?
