I cannot see all the tv listings on the updated DTV iPad app
I cannot see all the tv listings on my ipad in the newer version of the direct tv app. I preferred the older app. Can I get it back?

No you can’t revert back once updated to new one
While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

The new app is very disappointing after years of the older app. I was forced to use it after resetting my ipad. Too bad. The older app showed all the channels I had and the future times. This one is limited and only visible in the portrait view, while I use my ipad in the landscape view as I use a keyboard. The new app is very limiting.

Hello again @TickedOffTee,
As we mentioned in our other reply to you, we reached out to the app development team. They contacted us back and confirmed this is still an active feature of the iPad app. They tested on two iPads to be safe. Like you, it was not working for a member of our team. However, once our team member deleted the app and reinstalled it, the landscape guide mode was working again.
Try deleting your app, and download the latest version of the DirecTV app for iPad. Make sure you’re using app version 5.22.003. We have now confirmed on three different iPads that version 5.22.003 continues to support this feature.
Please let us know if you have other questions, @TickedOffTee.
