I cannot watch live stream or Dvr on my iPhone like before,something happened or I may have changed some settings incorrectly

Cannot view direct t 

v app on my iPhone it says program already being played on my master bedroom tv which my iPhone & master bedroom tv are connected to which I thought that’s what I was to do to watch tv? I’m confused

Before we continue, we would need a little more information from you to be of further assistance:

 

  • What is the current model of your iPhone device? Has there been a recent iOS update available on your device?
  • Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling your DirectTV app from your mobile device?
    • Doing this should resolve any technical issues being presented on your iPhone. If this doesn't work we also recommend doing the same on your master bedroom tv.
  • Have you tried turning the TV, closing the app, and then powering the TV back on?
