I have Score Guide while code 11 still exist.

I still have the code 11 when I try to connect to TV APPS on my HD-DVR. Although when I'm on a Sports channel I have access to the Score Guide Tv APPS by pressing the red button on the remote. Their are times when you are on a sports channels and the red button does not work. The solution is to go to the Sports Mix channel where you could always access the scoreguide app by pressing the red button. I'm assuming Diretv is working behind the scenes. I'm hoping the other APPS will be available as well. Does anybody know how to get to other APPS while still having the code 11?
