I still cannot reach anyone for a service call
2 weeks now and still cannot reach anyone for a service call. One time I was able to reach "chat" and problem was not resolved, he said if it does not cure a service call is needed. Chat, phone agents and emails are busy. Any suggestions? Why does ATT/DirectTV have a call back or email system?

People are getting through, it's just a lot harder than normal. You'll have to be persistent and keep trying. No call backs & no email support... even if they existed, there's no more staff to handle those than there is to handle the phones.
