in need of advice regarding HD sat equipment

 Hi, I'm new to this forum.  I have a few questions regarding HD satellite equipment and set up.

I have a 5th wheel and a work shop which I have been using a standard receiver and round dish. this equipment is removed from the shop and used in the RV when we travel.  on the road the dish is place on a tripod.   I wanted to upgrade to HD sat equipment for the RV and shop. I purchased a used Slim line 5 LNB from a local resident in Phoenix.  I have access to an HD receiver from my kitchen to  temp. use to set up the Sat. at the shop.  My tv in the shop is HD. 

Is there any other equipment I need for the shop or when I use it in my 5th wheel ? 

how difficult is the dish to adjust when I'm on the road? the round dish seemed pretty simple to set up- elevation and azimuth. 

this slim line dish has tilt also.  will I have to adjust that all the time on the road?
