iPad app works at home but not on the road...

I can get the Directv iPad app to work just fine at home. It recognizes the receiver, will change the channel and etc., but once I get to work and try and control it or check my playlist, I get the message "No Connected Receivers Found". When I get home and try the app it works just fine...it just won't work when I'm away. When I'm away and try and validate my IP Address, it stated that it is Invalid / No Receiver Found. Any body else have this problem and been able to resolve this issue?

I am experiences the same issue with remote access. Does the iPad app support remote access like the iPhone app does.

NEED HELP?
