iPad DTV App not Working

Since last week, whenever I try to use the app it goes through the authentication process and then shuts down. I have tried deleting the app, reinstalling and logging in again, but no go (iPhone app still works).

Have you checked to make sure the iPad is up to date on software? after that make sure to power cycle the device. I have had this issue before and it cleared up after I updated my iPad.
