iPad/iPhone App barely works

Well I have used this app last year as well and it only seems to get worse every year.  Crashes frequently, won't load the app, won't load the games, won't display available games, displays only red zone channel, etc, etc, etc.  Also has non-specific error messages like "Technical difficulties - try again later"...Try again later? Really?  I pay an extra $99/year to access content via programs that barely work.  Anyone else get this app to work reliably??

On my iPad it crashed even more than on iPhone.  Directv has all year to prepare for the NFL season and has put forth a buggy and incomplete product.  Just like the Cowboys.

I will be calling Directv on Monday to ask for a refund since this is the second week it has worked poorly.
