iPhone App won't trigger record, despite "Successful" message

When I try to record using the DirecTV iPHone app, I get a message on my phone saying "Successful! Program So and So will record." But it never does.

 

I changed my DTV password, deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone.

 

Still nothing.

 

Any other suggestions?

 

Any chance you can acutally fix the app and make it work right?
