Is Strike Zone channel 719 part of Extra Innings package?
The DirecTV website says it is but I have Extra Innings and I'm not getting that channel.

Hi Carlos--I see you answered by post at 3:11 am my time--I posted at 8:19 pm. But now (11 am) when I go to the link for chat there is no response at all. I don't understand how this is supposed to work as a way to get help.

I have had MLB Extra Innings for years. Strike Zone channel 719 has worked in past years, but not this season? ERROR Code 721 Not subscribed. I contacted support on week one. They told me all the routine things ie...Reset receivers, refresh service...ect.
True, the channel is only broadcasting on Friday and Tuesday nights from 7 to 10 pm eastern time. Disappointing that they act clueless about this issue when people are constantly reporting the problem.

We want you to enjoy your sports subscription as you deserve. Certainly the channel 719 is available Tuesday: 3 - 6 hours during MLB NETWORK double header, and Friday: 3 hours.
Let's try some easy steps to fix DIRECTV Error Code 721 and it will be necessary to follow up the channels those days to make sure it works.

Thanks Maria, for your attempt to help. Unfortunately the problem is on your end and nobody wants to admit it.
It has been four weeks since the start of the season when DirecTV knew of this issue. Resetting my receiver for the 10th time will not fix this for me or any other customers.

Entered chat, but was asked for account info. They still want to imply that this is individual account related. I called (Edited per community guidelines) and asked them to man up and just apologize to their customers for their technical problems.

Hi
Just want to add that last week, after 2-3 chat sessions and multiple phone calls and resettings of my receiver I finally reached someone (phone call transferred to tech support and then transferred) who told me the problem is with DirecTV. Told me it may be resolved in future weeks.
The strange thing was no one manning the lower-level chat or phone help lines knew about this. I was even told I wasn't subscribed to the right package.

Direct TV customer service…management team has been terrible…we have not had Strike Zone the entire season. I call Wed & Friday’s each week to report and it only gets more frustrating. The lies…they say they are “escalating” to engineers (that they can’t communicate with) is maddening. The last manager actually tried to “sell” me more of the MLB package!!! I was livid and told him that is completely wrong! He went back and forth with me acting as if I was stupid. Direct TV is in desperate need of fixing their customer service AND fixing the Strike Zone channel! Beyond frustrated and disappointed…this is fraud at its best. Still waiting for the email from tech support engineers Maria? No channel since day 1…if it’s not fixed properly I want a refund on this package. Problem should have been fixed by now. This is taking too long and I have 3 disappointed teens each week. Really bad Direct TV, really bad…
