Is there no Cowboy Channel available? Even with the Xtra package, it's not available.

Channel 538 is a cowboy channel, my husband and I like watching it because there are no commercial interruptions.

We watch 538 (SEWS) it has a lot of the old westerns and no commercial interruption

According to the channel line up posted in the thread which is the same one that shows up in my account online the Cowboy channel is indeed in the Preferred Xtra package. However, when I tuned to the channel it is not coming i says to call in to get the channel. Any ideas why this would be?

Yes but it doesn't come on when I turn to 603. Acts like it is not in my package. But the package linup posted here says it is in the preferred xtra package.

We have HD service but the channel still doesn’t come in.
