Keep getting error “6150 account not active “ on my Directv app.

I haven’t been able to log in my Directv app, for a week now I called customer services spoke with techs three times and they don’t even understand why ? And they act like they’re doing something and end my calls . I’m so over it 😠. My husband works out or town he is the one that usually signs in to usually watch tv through the phone and we just keep getting that error code .   Anyone have advise on how to fix this issue ?

We recommend that you make sure you are using the right User ID when logging into the app.

 

After this, we suggest that you reset your password because this may resync your account on the backend.
