Kicks me off the network

If I leave the DECA Broadband Adapter plugged into my router, the computers that were attached to the network will lose internet connectivity. I have to unplug the router to reset it for the computers to reconnect to the internet. In order to keep my computers working, I have had to unplug the DECA Broadband Adapter from the router. How do I fix this? I would like to keep it all hooked up and working.
