The King Dome is obsolete because DIRECTV is shutting off all SD/MPEG-2 feeds on 101 which is the only satellite that the king dome can receive. If you are having an issue with a King product, you need to contact King directly.
It is recommended to upgrade to a Winegard Trav’ler or otherwise tripod/non-penetrating Slimline HD SWM DIRECTV dish to receive all current satellites and programming.
